Bart Gillon, Tennessee. “The strangest was in February on Reelfoot Lake. I was fishing a decoy spread near a duck blind. The only thing there was the decoys so there was no doubt the fish were in the shade of the decoys.”
David Stancil, Alabama. “I’ve caught fish from a car. It was a stolen vehicle and it was up in a little river where they they had ran it off of a canyon wall. I was up there in early winter and seen the top of the car. When the water was brought up it was in about 14 feet of water and had fish all over it.”
David Frank, Arkansas. “It was what the locals call ‘The Pyramid’. It’s an old ampatheater. It holds a lot of bass but we do catch some crappie off of it, too.”
Chuck Thompson, Mississippi. “Old tires. Normally I fish stakebeds but on the Tombigbee a friend of mine took me to a bunch or old tires stacked up. We caught some nice fish around them.”
