The Alabama Black Belt Region/Eufaula Alabama was the site of Southeastern Outdoor Press Association (SEOPA) in October. SEOPA is a large organization consisting of writers, photographers, videographers, media specialists and others in the outdoor field. Awards were sponsored by Chevrolet.
