“In Ohio the ice is just coming off. Most people think deep but shallow water, especially on the north side of the lake and big coves, will warm up and fish will be in these shallow waters. Water being just one or two degrees warmer than the main lake is huge. Use a small cork and jig. Pitch and use a slow presentation.
