Fall is one of the greatest times of the year. Cooler mornings are refreshing and enjoyable. Late September through early fall is a goog time to get out to hunt or fish. So why not do both?
Motor to a legal hunting area on one of your nearby lakes or rivers. Whether you like sneaking up on bushytails and plinking a few for a meal, or waiting in a tree to arrow a deer, the morning sunrise and first morning activity in the woods starts the day out right.
After a few hours of hunting it’s time to grab your fishing pole for some crappie action. Fall crappie fishing is a matter of finding the right spot. Once found, you can finish the morning, or the rest of the day, pulling in papermouths.
