Crappie Basics: Z-Man Introduces Micro Finesse Lures

Z-Man has introduced a new line of “Micro Finesse” crappie lures utilizing their trademarked ElaZtech® formula.
“When you build baits with ElaZtech® it unlocks a whole other horizon of bait shapes, sizes and performance,” said Jolee Myers, Operations Manager for Z-Man Fishing.
Among the details, Myers says ElaZtech® allowed Z-Man to create lures with nearly paper-thin yet super-resilient segments and appendages.
“ElaZtech® is a different animal than traditional PVC plastics,” Myers explains. “Combine the softness of small-batch hand-poured plastics with a durability that doesn’t seem possible.”
Z-Man marketing manager Cory Schmidt said, “This spring I rigged two rods – one with a Tiny TicklerZ and another with a Shad FryZ. Both are still intact and catching fish, each having now accounted for well over 100 fish.”
