Video Tip: Matt Xenos on Crappie Nibbles – Do They Work?

If you’re a crappie fishermen you’ve seen all the advertisements for crappie attractants. There are all sorts of nibbles, bites and liquids manufacturers say will help you catch more crappie. There are even jigs specially made to hold those attractants.

Avid crappie angler and YouTube producer Matt Xenos recently put some of those attractants to the test.

Xenos, from East Tennessee, quickly admits he is not a big believer in attractants. He believes in finding “active fish.”

But in this video he decided to do a little attractant comparison. And he did catch crappie using a name brand attractant. But you won’t believe what else he put to the test as well.
